Evan Roth is an artist and researcher whose work focuses on technology, tools of empowerment, open source and popular culture. His notable projects include L.A.S.E.R. Tag and LED Throwies (with Graffiti Research Lab), White Glove Tracking, EyeWriter and Graffiti Analysis. Roth is co-founder of the Graffiti Research Lab and the Free Art & Technology Lab (F.A.T. Lab), a web based, open source research and development lab. Roth has exhibited widely in the Americas, Europe and Asia, including the Sundance Film Festival, the MoMA (NYC), the Tate (London), the Fondation Cartier (Paris) and the front page of YouTube.
